1. How long does shipping take?

We dispatch orders within 2 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number with every order so you can follow it right to your doorstep.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $74.99 ship for free Australia-wide. Otherwise, it’s a flat $9.99 shipping fee — no surprises

3. Do you offer Click & Collect?

Not just yet — but we’re working on it! For now, all orders are shipped directly to your door. If you're a local, keep an eye out — local pickup options will be coming soon.

4. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We’ll do our best! Most orders can be delivered to a P.O. Box, but occasionally large parcels may need a street address. If there's ever an issue, we’ll contact you directly.

5. What if my order arrives damaged?

If anything isn’t perfect, email us at courtney@zenvi.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We'll organise a replacement or refund — no fuss.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to love everything you receive. If something’s not right, reach out within 30 days we’ll do our best to make things right.

7. Is Zenvi Boutique Australian-owned?

Yep! We’re proudly family-run and based in Queensland, Australia. Every product is handmade with care, love, and a sprinkle of relaxation.

8. Are your products handmade?

Every candle, melt, soap and diffuser is poured, packed, and labelled by hand. We don’t mass-produce — we make things the thoughtful way.

9. Are your products safe to use around pets or kids?

Our products are made with safety in mind using high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils. Always use them in a well-ventilated area, and keep them out of reach of children and pets.

10. How do I care for my candle properly?

Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn, burn for 2–4 hours at a time, and allow the wax to melt to the edges for an even burn. Never leave candles unattended.

11. How long do your candles and melts last?

Our candles come in three sizes and burn for up to 63 hours, depending on the size. Wax melts last 6–10 hours per heart, depending on your warmer and room size.

12. What kind of wax do you use?

We use natural soy wax for a clean, slow burn with beautiful scent throw. It's renewable, biodegradable, and vegan-friendly.

13. Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

We try our best! Our packaging is recyclable, and we’re always working to improve sustainability — from kraft labels to eco bubble wrap and shipping boxes.

14. Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Yes — just pop their address in at checkout. If you'd like to add a gift note, leave a message at checkout or email us after placing your order.

15. Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don’t have full wrapping just yet, but our products come beautifully packed in Zenvi Boutique branded boxes — perfect for gifting straight out of the parcel.

17. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes! If you’re a business or looking to buy in bulk (for weddings, hampers, salons etc), shoot us an email at courtney@zenvi.com.au and we’ll send you our wholesale info.

18. Do you ever run special offers or sales?

Yes! We love treating our customers. Keep an eye on our socials and sign up to our email list for early access to limited-time sales, bundle deals, and exclusive market specials.

19. Do your scents change with the seasons?

Absolutely. We love releasing limited edition scents throughout the year to match the mood — think fruity summer blends, spicy autumn faves, and festive winter picks.
