We are dedicated to getting your Zenvi products to you efficiently and safely. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and your rights as a customer.

πŸ“¦ Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Brisbane location within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

🚚 Shipping Within Australia

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99 AUD (Estimated 2–8 business days)
  • Free Shipping: Applied automatically on all orders over $74.99 AUD (Estimated 2–8 business days)

We primarily use Australia Post for all deliveries. While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, please allow for extra time during peak seasons, public holidays, or for deliveries to remote areas.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.

πŸ›οΈ Local Pickup (Market Stalls)

If you're local, you are welcome to pick up your order from one of our market stalls. To arrange this, please place your order online and then email us at courtney@zenvi.com.au to coordinate a suitable pickup time and market location.

πŸ“ Our Responsibility For Your Delivery

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you. This includes any issues of loss or damage that may occur during transit.

Damaged Orders

We package our products with care, but in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at courtney@zenvi.com.au. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as required by law, as goods must be of acceptable quality upon arrival.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of being dispatched, please contact us at courtney@zenvi.com.au. We will launch an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf. As the sender, we are responsible for resolving delivery issues with the courier and will ensure you receive your order or a full refund.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
